Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry or request a customer-service follow-up, we collect the contact and project information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp account, destination and product requirements.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate stock matches, prepare commercial responses, coordinate follow-up and improve the website's inquiry workflow. We do not sell inquiry information.
Anonymous visitor analytics
We assign random visitor and session identifiers in browser storage to understand page visits, broad device type, engagement, customer-service usage and inquiry conversion. We do not store raw IP addresses. When available, hosting headers may provide a broad country or region label. Customer-service messages and inquiry records may be linked to the same anonymous session so authorized staff can understand the request context.
Comments and customer feedback
Article comments are reviewed before publication. A commenter's name and approved comment may be public; an optional email address is kept private for moderation. Customer feedback is published only after an administrator confirms that it is authorized for use.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel and stores operational data with contracted infrastructure providers. An email delivery provider may send inquiry and contact-detail notifications to authorized Stellux staff. These providers process data only as needed to deliver and secure the service.
Retention and security
We retain business inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed for sales follow-up, legal obligations and operational records. Access to the administration system is restricted to authorized accounts.
Your choices
You may clear browser storage to reset anonymous identifiers. You may also ask Stellux to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Use the contact form and identify the inquiry, comment or conversation concerned.
