Receiving

A tracking number is assigned, cabinet quantity is reconciled with the source packing list and the lot enters the inspection zone.

Inspection

Repair

72H Aging Test

The batch runs continuously for 72 hours. Scheduled checks expose intermittent faults, heat issues and color instability.

Packing

Every cabinet receives a final clean and power-on check before flight cases or export crates are prepared and counted.
