Reconcile before closing the cases
Match the released cabinet quantity to the packing list. Separate accessories into countable groups and label spare modules, cables and control equipment so the buyer can reconcile them on arrival.
Choose protection for the route
Use compatible flight cases or export crates, protect connectors and vulnerable corners, and prevent loose items from moving inside the package. The exact method should reflect the cabinet format, handling frequency and transport route.
Preserve dispatch evidence
Photograph case references, closed packages and secured loading. Record seals or container references where used. The packing photographs should connect to the same batch identity used during receiving and inspection; a generic warehouse picture is not enough.
