Treat the photo as context, not a specification sheet
A project photo can show the venue, approximate viewing distance, mounting position, ambient light and how the screen relates to the audience. It cannot confirm the cabinet model, brightness, refresh behavior or current stock.
Turn visible details into questions
Note whether the installation is indoor or outdoor, fixed or temporary, front- or rear-serviceable, and whether access equipment is visible. Ask for the matching project dimensions, pitch, support structure and electrical plan before using the image as a reference for a new quotation.
